Beautiful Princess
In the old days, Yemen was ruled by a good king. He treated his people very kindly. He had four daughters, one of whom was a very beautiful princess, The rest of the princesses hated her beauty.
The princess's name was Princess Sohana. Once her father went abroad for some work, he asked all his daughters about their wishes. The three sisters asked to bring precious jewelry when the king asked the fourth daughter to tell him if you need anything.
Princess Sohana said I need a rose flower. Her father used to forget something or other, so he only brought flowers for Princess Sohana, he had forgotten the rest. When he came home, the princesses were standing at the door waiting for their father. When their father came, he had nothing but a flower.
The princesses disobeyed their father by calling him bad. Princess Sohana went to the room and started crying. Her father came into the room and gave her her flower. The king says " The most valuable thing in the world is the service of parents". So when the king went abroad for the second time, everyone asked him to bring his own things, but Princess Sohana remained silent, thinking that this time there would be nothing to hurt her father's heart, so the king took jewelry for his daughters.
There was a forest on the way. The king was passing through this forest when he saw a bat sitting on a tree. That bat was actually a terrible genie. He captured the king. A prince was watching the whole scene. He drew his sharp sword and aimed it at the bat's neck. The bat died instantly. The prince took the king to the palace and told his daughters the whole story. The princesses came to their father and apologized to him for disobeying. The king was proud of Sohana out of all his daughters at that time. Everyone started living happily. It is a blessing to be together. We should also serve our parents like Princess Sohana and not say anything that would offend the parents.
خوبصورت شہزادی
پرانے زمانے میں یمن پر ایک اچھے بادشاہ کی حکومت تھی۔ وہ اپنے لوگوں سے بہت اچھا سلوک کرتا تھا۔ اس کی چار بیٹیاں تھیں جن میں سے ایک بہت خوبصورت شہزادی تھی، باقی شہزادیاں اس کے حسن سے نفرت کرتی تھیں۔ شہزادی کا نام شہزادی سوہانہ تھا۔ ایک دفعہ اس کے والد کسی کام سے بیرون ملک گئے تو انہوں نے اپنی تمام بیٹیوں سے ان کی خواہشات کے بارے میں پوچھا۔ تینوں بہنوں نے قیمتی زیورات لانے کو کہا تو بادشاہ نے چوتھی بیٹی سے کہا کہ اگر تمہیں کسی چیز کی ضرورت ہو تو بتاؤ۔ شہزادی سوہانہ نے کہا مجھے گلاب کا پھول چاہیے۔ اس کے والد کچھ نہ کچھ بھول جاتے تھے، اس لیے وہ صرف شہزادی سوہانہ کے لیے پھول لائے تھے، باقی وہ بھول چکے تھے۔ وہ گھر آیا تو شہزادیاں دروازے پر کھڑی اپنے باپ کا انتظار کر رہی تھیں۔ جب ان کے والد آئے تو ان کے پاس ایک پھول کے سوا کچھ نہیں تھا۔
شہزادیوں نے اپنے باپ کو برا بھلا کہہ کر نافرمانی کی۔ شہزادی سوہانہ کمرے میں جا کر رونے لگی۔ اس کے والد کمرے میں آئے اور اسے اپنا پھول دیا۔ بادشاہ کہتا ہے دنیا کی سب سے قیمتی چیز ماں باپ کی خدمت ہے۔ چنانچہ جب بادشاہ دوسری بار بیرون ملک گیا تو سب نے اسے اپنی اپنی چیزیں لانے کو کہا لیکن شہزادی سوہانہ یہ سوچ کر خاموش رہی کہ اس بار میرے والد کے دل کو کوئی تکلیف نہ پہنچے، چنانچہ بادشاہ نے اپنی بیٹیوں کے لیے زیورات لے لیے۔
راستے میں ایک جنگل تھا۔ بادشاہ اس جنگل سے گزر رہا تھا کہ اس نے ایک چمگادڑ کو درخت پر بیٹھے دیکھا۔ وہ چمگادڑ دراصل ایک خوفناک جن تھا۔ اس نے بادشاہ کو پکڑ لیا۔ ایک شہزادہ یہ سارا منظر دیکھ رہا تھا۔ اس نے اپنی تیز تلوار نکالی اور اسے بلے کی گردن پر نشانہ بنایا۔ چمگادڑ فوراً مر گیا۔شہزادہ بادشاہ کو محل میں لے گیا اور اپنی بیٹیوں کو سارا ماجرا سنایا۔ شہزادیاں اپنے باپ کے پاس آئیں اور ان کی نافرمانی پر معافی مانگی۔ بادشاہ کو اس وقت اپنی تمام بیٹیوں میں سے سوہانہ پر فخر تھا۔ سب خوش و خرم رہنے لگے۔ ساتھ رہنا ایک نعمت ہے۔ ہمیں بھی شہزادی سوہانہ کی طرح اپنے والدین کی خدمت کرنی چاہیے اور ایسی کوئی بات نہیں کرنی چاہیے جس سے والدین کی دل آزاری ہو۔
