 Cinderella

Once upon a time, there lived a little girl in a country. The girl was very beautiful. Unfortunately, her mother died and her father remarried. The girl's stepmother was ruthless. She also had two daughters. These three were very cruel to the poor girl and did not miss the opportunity to humiliate her. All three called her by the name of Cinderella. After a few days, everyone started calling her by the name of Cinderella. That even her father could not remember her real name and started calling her Cinderella.

One day an invitation came to his house from the royal palace. Actually, the king and queen were looking for a beautiful girl for the prince. They organized a huge feast and invited all the girls of the country. So that the prince can tell his choice by looking at the girls.

Seeing the invitation, Cinderella's two stepsisters mocked her and said that she will not be able to go to this party because you neither have good clothes nor are you beautiful enough to go to this fantastic event. Cinderella was very sad to hear these things but she listened to everything silently. Finally, on the day of the feast, the two stepsisters ask Cinderella to help them both get ready to go to dinner. Cinderella helped them both get ready. Even with lots of makeup and new clothes, she still didn't look as good as Cinderella in her tattered old clothes without makeup. Seeing this, the two sisters went towards the royal palace, stomping their feet in anger. After they left, Cinderella was sitting sad and sad when a fairy came to her and said, "I am your guardian fairy. Don't be sad. You will definitely go to the feast in the royal palace."

"How can this be?" said Cinderella. I have neither good clothes nor a ride. The fairy said, "Go quickly to your garden and pick a big pumpkin." Cinderella picked the biggest pumpkin from her garden. came.

 The fairy took the pumpkin and waved the magic wand, so it turned into a beautiful pig. Now the fairy caught two mice from the kitchen and turned them into horses by waving the stick. After plowing the horses into the pig, the fairy got another fat one. He caught a small mouse and turned it into a snake by magic. Cinderella was standing and watching all this in amazement, the fairy once again waved the magic wand, now Cinderella's body was covered with a beautiful shimmering silk dress, and the makeup was done.

And yes․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․ Cinderella was well-received in the palace. People praised her beauty with open hearts. Even Cinderella's two stepsisters did not recognize her. After some time, the prince came to Cinderella and asked her, "Will you dance with me?" Cinderella got up and went with the prince and the two danced until midnight. Keep doing it. Suddenly, Cinderella remembers that it is almost twelve o'clock and the fairy magic will end at that time. As soon as she remembers, Cinderella frees her hand from the prince and runs outside. The prince tries hard to stop Cinderella, but Cinderella tries to stop her. Didn't hear one. Seeing this, the prince also ran outside. Coming to the stairs of the palace, the prince was very disappointed because the queen of his dreams had left there. The prince did not see that there was a poor girl dressed in old tattered clothes holding a big bag in her hand. A little pumpkin was standing and three mice were running around it.

In fact, it was already twelve o'clock at night and the fairy's spell was over. The prince started to go back inside the palace in despair, he saw a beautifully soft and delicate shoe on the stairs, transparent and shining like glass, he picked up the shoe. The next day the girls in every house were sitting talking about the beautiful girl who danced with the prince until midnight and after she left the prince ended the party. Cinderella's stepsisters were also discussing the girl's fortune when there was a knock at the door. I was holding a plate on which a delicate shoe wrapped in velvet was kept. He said that the one who will fit this shoe on his feet will be the prince's bride. Upon hearing this, the two step-sisters tried to wear the shoe. After both failed attempts, Cinderella stepped forward and asked the prince: "Shall I try this shoe on?" The prince signaled to the servant and he gave the shoe to Cinderella. Cinderella put the shoe on the ground and put her foot in it and put it on very comfortably. The prince looked carefully at her face and said: "Indeed, this is the queen of my dreams, whom I was searching for." The prince asked Cinderella: “Will you marry me?” Cinderella agreed immediately.

سنڈریلا

ایک دفعہ کا ذکر ہے کہ کسی ملک میں ایک چھوٹی سی لڑکی رہتی تھی۔ لڑکی بہت خوبصورت تھی۔ بدقسمتی سے اس کی والدہ کا انتقال ہو گیا اور اس کے والد نے دوسری شادی کر لی۔ لڑکی کی سوتیلی ماں بے رحم تھی۔ اس کی دو بیٹیاں بھی تھیں۔ یہ تینوں غریب لڑکی کے ساتھ بہت ظالم تھے اور اس کی تذلیل کا موقع ہاتھ سے جانے نہیں دیتے تھے۔ تینوں نے اسے سنڈریلا کے نام سے پکارا۔ کچھ دنوں کے بعد سب اسے سنڈریلا کے نام سے پکارنے لگے۔ کہ اس کے والد کو بھی اس کا اصلی نام یاد نہ رہا اور وہ اسے سنڈریلا کہنے لگے۔  ایک دن شاہی محل سے ان کے گھر دعوت نامہ آیا۔ دراصل بادشاہ اور ملکہ شہزادے کے لیے ایک خوبصورت لڑکی کی تلاش میں تھے۔ انہوں نے ایک بہت بڑی دعوت کا اہتمام کیا اور ملک کی تمام لڑکیوں کو مدعو کیا۔ تاکہ شہزادہ لڑکیوں کو دیکھ کر اپنی پسند بتا سکے۔

دعوت نامہ دیکھ کر سنڈریلا کی دو سوتیلی بہنوں نے اس کا مذاق اڑاتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ اس پارٹی میں نہیں جا سکیں گی کیونکہ آپ کے پاس نہ تو اچھے کپڑے ہیں اور نہ ہی آپ اتنی خوبصورت ہیں کہ اس شاندار تقریب میں جا سکیں۔ سنڈریلا کو یہ باتیں سن کر بہت دکھ ہوا لیکن وہ خاموشی سے سب کچھ سنتی رہی۔ آخر کار، دعوت کے دن، دونوں سوتیلی بہنیں سنڈریلا سے کہتی ہیں کہ وہ ان دونوں کو رات کے کھانے پر جانے کے لیے تیار ہونے میں مدد کرے۔ سنڈریلا نے ان دونوں کو تیار ہونے میں مدد کی۔ ڈھیر سارے میک اپ اور نئے کپڑوں کے باوجود، وہ پھر بھی بغیر میک اپ کے اپنے پھٹے پرانے کپڑوں میں سنڈریلا کی طرح اچھی نہیں لگ رہی تھی۔ یہ دیکھ کر دونوں بہنیں غصے سے پاؤں مارتی ہوئی شاہی محل کی طرف چلی گئیں۔ ان کے جانے کے بعد سنڈریلا اداس اور اداس بیٹھی تھی کہ ایک پری اس کے پاس آئی اور کہنے لگی، "میں تمہاری محافظ پری ہوں، اداس نہ ہو، تم شاہی محل میں دعوت پر ضرور جاؤ گی۔"

"یہ کیسے ہو سکتا ہے؟" سنڈریلا نے کہا۔ میرے پاس نہ تو اچھے کپڑے ہیں اور نہ ہی سواری۔ پری نے کہا جلدی سے اپنے باغ میں جاؤ اور ایک بڑا کدو چنو۔ سنڈریلا نے اپنے باغ سے سب سے بڑا کدو اٹھایا۔ آیا  پری نے کدو لے کر جادو کی چھڑی لہرائی تو وہ ایک خوبصورت سور میں تبدیل ہو گیا۔ اب پری نے باورچی خانے سے دو چوہوں کو پکڑ کر لاٹھی لہرا کر گھوڑے بنا دیا۔ گھوڑوں کو سور میں ہلانے کے بعد پری کو ایک اور موٹا ملا۔ اس نے ایک چھوٹا چوہا پکڑا اور جادو سے اسے سانپ بنا دیا۔ سنڈریلا کھڑی حیرانی سے یہ سب دیکھ رہی تھی، پری نے ایک بار پھر جادو کی چھڑی لہرائی، اب سنڈریلا کا جسم ایک خوبصورت چمکتے ہوئے ریشمی لباس سے ڈھکا ہوا تھا، اور میک اپ ہو چکا تھا۔

اور ہاں....................................... سنڈریلا کو محل میں خوب پذیرائی ملی۔ لوگوں نے کھلے دل سے اس کی خوبصورتی کی تعریف کی۔ یہاں تک کہ سنڈریلا کی دو سوتیلی بہنیں بھی اسے نہیں پہچانتی تھیں۔ کچھ دیر بعد شہزادہ سنڈریلا کے پاس آیا اور اس سے پوچھا، "کیا تم میرے ساتھ ڈانس کرو گی؟" سنڈریلا اٹھ کر شہزادے کے ساتھ چلی گئی اور دونوں آدھی رات تک ناچتے رہے۔ کرتے رہیں۔ اچانک سنڈریلا کو یاد آیا کہ تقریباً بارہ بج رہے ہیں اور اس وقت پریوں کا جادو ختم ہو جائے گا۔ جیسے ہی اسے یاد آتا ہے، سنڈریلا شہزادے سے اپنا ہاتھ چھڑا کر باہر بھاگ جاتی ہے۔ شہزادہ سنڈریلا کو روکنے کی بہت کوشش کرتا ہے، لیکن سنڈریلا اسے روکنے کی کوشش کرتی ہے۔ ایک نہیں سنا۔ یہ دیکھ کر شہزادہ بھی باہر کی طرف بھاگا۔ محل کی سیڑھیوں پر پہنچ کر شہزادہ بہت مایوس ہوا کیونکہ اس کے خوابوں کی ملکہ وہاں سے چلی گئی تھی۔ شہزادے نے یہ نہیں دیکھا کہ پرانے پھٹے ہوئے کپڑوں میں ملبوس ایک غریب لڑکی ہاتھ میں ایک بڑا سا تھیلا لیے ہوئی ہے۔ ایک چھوٹا سا کدو کھڑا تھا اور اس کے ارد گرد تین چوہے دوڑ رہے تھے۔

دراصل رات کے بارہ بج چکے تھے اور پری کا جادو ختم ہو چکا تھا۔ شہزادہ مایوسی کے عالم میں واپس محل کے اندر جانے لگا، اس نے سیڑھیوں پر ایک خوبصورت نرم و نازک جوتا دیکھا، شیشے کی طرح شفاف اور چمکتا ہوا، اس نے جوتا اٹھایا۔ اگلے دن ہر گھر میں لڑکیاں بیٹھی اس خوبصورت لڑکی کے بارے میں باتیں کر رہی تھیں جو آدھی رات تک شہزادے کے ساتھ ڈانس کرتی رہی اور شہزادے کے جانے کے بعد پارٹی ختم کر دی۔ سنڈریلا کی سوتیلی بہنیں بھی لڑکی کی خوش قسمتی کے بارے میں بات کر رہی تھیں جب دروازے پر دستک ہوئی۔ میں نے ایک پلیٹ پکڑی ہوئی تھی جس پر مخمل میں لپٹا ایک نازک جوتا رکھا ہوا تھا۔ اس نے کہا کہ جو اس جوتے کو اپنے پاؤں میں لگائے گا وہی شہزادے کی دلہن ہو گی۔ یہ سن کر دونوں سوتیلی بہنوں نے جوتا پہننے کی کوشش کی۔ دونوں ناکام کوششوں کے بعد، سنڈریلا آگے بڑھی اور شہزادے سے پوچھا: "کیا میں یہ جوتا آزماؤں؟" شہزادے نے نوکر کو اشارہ کیا اور اس نے جوتا سنڈریلا کو دیا۔ سنڈریلا نے جوتا زمین پر رکھا اور اس میں پاؤں رکھ کر بہت آرام سے پہن لیا۔ شہزادے نے غور سے اس کے چہرے کی طرف دیکھا اور کہا: ’’درحقیقت یہ میرے خوابوں کی ملکہ ہے، جسے میں ڈھونڈ رہا تھا۔ شہزادے نے سنڈریلا سے پوچھا: "کیا تم مجھ سے شادی کرو گی؟" سنڈریلا فوراً راضی ہو گئی۔
